This is quite possibly my first review on any social/market source; AKTIV without a doubt deserves it. These guys have gone above and beyond my expectations to get my car to near better than new condition.
I have taken my car everywhere from BMW of Rockville, BMW of Sterling to a few friend recommended shops, and I have received exceptional service. However, not a single group has shown me how much they enjoy working on my car and love the work put in to it as much as these guys.

I don’t write reviews because in many cases receiving great service is expected but when that level of services continues to surpass your expectations on a repeated basis it must be recognized!!
They operate with mom-and-pop guidelines (providing personalized attention, honesty, and “make yourself at home” attitude) with an unbelievable knowledge base.
From what I have seen there’s not a single problem they can’t fix.
Taking your BMW (BMW CCA members must visit – nccbmwcca.org/content.php)…. or ANYCAR anywhere else is a waste of time.
