I had my X5 serviced for a transmission change and Kevin was so easy to talk to. I asked for him to drain/fill 2x, and not flush it and he did it without hesitation, where as other Indy’s in the area I contacted seemed to want to do it their way only. I wish I found his shop sooner after having a few bad experiences at other shops.
